I noticed he is also leaving the same replies to the videos on Youtube. Maybe something is in development…

It’s possible! But it would be easy for any random person to make a YouTube account called ‘AtiffromChinesePod’ and start leaving comments on videos. 
I hope that I’m wrong and that the ChinesePod team is hard at work building their company back up :).
It’s just odd that there is no truly official update from the company. It’s odd that, if they really are ‘relaunching’ the company, their first step is to have one random guy (with no photo in their user profile) start leaving two word comments on their videos. Some of the comments he’s replying to are like 8 months old.
It could be legit, but even if it is, it’s a bit odd.
