Asking for refund

I was excited to subscribe to you before. But, i have waited for 2 days and nothing happened to my account status. It still free member and cannot use any of the features. I’ve email and complained you, but no response.

I really disappointed and asking for refund my money. Please proceed the refund for my account as soon as possible.
