Hello, I got an issue with videos not playing on my iPhone
I got a Premium Subscription, i.e. die videos are playing via a web browser.
When hitting the video in the iPhone App, a new black screen comes up, but nothing happens. There is a play button shown, but hitting this also does not make the video play.
Can you please help, as the feature is a mandatory feature for me subscribing after the trial period. Thanks!
