7 day and 30 day streak

Can anyone explain what the 7 day and 30 day streak statistics mean?

The current figures on my home page are:

  • 7 day streak - 23 (“up 92% since last week”); and

  • 30 day streak - 59 (“Great work! You’re picking up pace!”)

I’m just having trouble working out what these numbers are actually telling me.

Ah… today my numbers have changed to 22 and 61.

Is it just the number of lessons completed in the last 7 days and the last 30 days?
