Another Chinese learning site I use has this function. You just click the back button and it jumps back a few seconds. Its extremely convenient
for when you want to hear something again. Sometimes trying to toggle the bar is a pain.

I have never noticed that, too, I just drag the red dot, also very convenient, haha.
