Hello,
I am experiencing a video problem with the Android app.
Whenever (1) I start watching a video, (2) then switch and do something else (*) while keeping the lesson play in the background, (3) then go back to watching the video again: there, I end up with an image of video that was frozen on the frame I had switched.
(*) e.g. open another app; go back to the main screen; even switching the video from portrait to landscape
The only solutions I found to fix it are:
- play the video back right before the moment I switched (so, if I switched the video at 24’, then I need to play the video back from 23’ onwards)
- OR I need to fully stop playing the lesson and start again.
Sometimes, I even get that issue from the very beginning of the video. There, the only way to make it work is to stop the video and play it again.
I don’t know if this will be easy an easy bug for you to recreate though. But I would be happy if you could find a solution
