Not sure what I’m supposed to do. I’m on Android. I have a brand new phone so this shouldn’t be a problem. This is the only reason I pay for your service. But I literally can’t use the app and I haven’t been able to for months.
I will be unsubscribing soon because I am unable to use your product. I’ve essentially wasted the last 3 months of subscription.
Do you have a solution for me? Also why am I being censored and unable to make forum posts? Is it because you don’t want people complaining?
