Difference between 可以 and 可能？

Hi ChinesePod team, my question is this:

I’m in my fourth year of learning Chinese and I still get 可能 and 可以 confused. Is there a way to remember the difference easier? Thanks :smile:

可能 is likely or possibly. For example,
明天可能会下雨。
It might rain tomorrow.
