I have so much trouble pronouncing the “u” sound in the word “qu” - is there anything I can do to differentiate between this and the “u” sound in “chu”?

“u” in “qu”:
Pronounce “一 [yi]” at the beginning, and then try to squeeze your lips like a goldfish mouth.

“u” in “chu”:
Pronounce the “oo” sound in “booing”.
