"Link Your Device" code is empty

I’m using the Android app. When trying the “login via browser option”, I am taken to a page titled “Link Your Device” that is supposed to allow you to link your phone with your account using a code. But said code never shows in the app (in 3. Fill in the code below), so I am not able to make it happen. Any clue why this is happening? I have a thousand passwords to remember and I don’t want to have to input my password manually every time I log to the app.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble you’re running into, we understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re trying to avoid yet another password.

As an alternate workaround for now, we recommend logging in directly using your email and password in the Android app.

Our technical team is currently investigating the “login via browser / link your device” issue on Android, as it appears the code is not being generated correctly in some cases. Thank you for flagging this, it really helps us track down the issue faster.
