Can Chinese Pod do more in depth lessons on yoga? It’s very difficult to understand a yoga instructor without knowing the full gamete of yoga vernacular.

That’s great! I, by no means, would expect you to cover all of the yoga poses and the instructions that go along with carrying them out effectively and safely, but I think this YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zLvJD7iKVhw&list=PLui6Eyny-UzyugJTu3l1YFL0k3nGIlaz9) would be something I would personally love to have in Chinese, as I feel I could then fully participate in yoga lessons in China.
