No reaction to mail after more than 10 days for academic codes

In May 2022 I agreed with staff of Chinesepod to buy codes for my students who learn Chinese. On October 10 I have sent them mails in order to get invoice for my school and get the codes, but did not get any reply. I phoned them twice (HKG and NY) but could not get any reply. I sent about mails to 10 contact adresses -even support@chinesepod.com- but they never reacter, even after more than 10 days. My students are waiting! What happened to Chinesepod and their staff?
