Nobody is Replying

Hello

I sent a question to the ChinesePod in January and another one a few days ago, nobody has replied to my enquiries yet, can anyone help me?

I recently renewed from a premium to a basic account. I didn’t know that you couldn’t download audio so I would like to upgrade back to a premium account.

  1. Can the money that I have already paid be deducted?

  2. Can I pay via Alipay or Wechat?
