Problem with Audio

Not sure if this is the right place to report but when moving the Vocabulary words from the Elementary lesson, “Which Floor?” to the flash cards whenever I click the audio button I get a message “Media’s URL is invalid, please try again later”. Happens on both iPad and iPhone

I’ve run into this problem in a few places. Is this the right place to report them or is there an email address or other location for routine maintenance issues?
