Purchased a 6 month premium holiday offer but have not been able to access premium content!

I purchased a 6 month premium membership over 2 weeks ago at the end of my trial membership. My account has not been converted to a premium membership. I have sent 3 or 4 messages but have yet to receive a response. I was enjoying this website but now I am upset. The customer service is nonexistent. I am really disappointed.

Sometimes the system needs a refresh after the subscription is converted into a different status.
