Saving Vocabulary

#1

Hi all – is it not possible to save vocabulary on the beta iOS app on TestFlight? I can’t figure out how to do it so I just wanted to make sure I’m not missing anything. I like the old app just fine, the only reason I downloaded the beta is that trying to access the Vocabulary section for any lesson on the old app causes it to crash, so the beta isn’t really adding any value for me if you can’t save vocab…

I want to download mp3 files in the beta ios version. I get a message that I have to subscribe to premium at $46.99 every month. I also am informed that beta testers aren’t charged for this In-App purchase. As I am already a Premium member, I don’t understand what is going on here.

Hi @dorothycowling it might just be a simple matter of the app not updating your subscription status. I would recommend logging out of the app and logging back in to see if that fixes the issue. If not then I think @GwilymJames will have to check things on his side to make sure that your premium subscription is showing up correctly.

This is a bug and should be fixed in the next 24hours when we release another version of the app.

Apologies.

I have the same issue. I can’t select/add any vocabulary to my vocabulary lists (I have the newest beta version installed, also the most recent IOS version etc.)

And a 2nd problem: if I click on “full dialogue” or “vocabulary” the audio won’t play.
How to fix that?

Thank you in advance

Now I can finally play the lesson and the dialogue in the beta app.
But how can I select and save vocabulary to my vocabulary lists??

This feature is not currently available on the beta app i’m afraid. Once it gets released on the App store, we will look and adding this feature as a priority. In the meantime, you’ll have to use the website to save vocab.
