Yes, that is a pity. I reported this more than a year ago and nobody of the team even replied. As a paying user (at that time), being just ignored was just a no go, that’s one of the reasons I quit using this website.
Interesting. We are working on revamping the app and are aware of the problems that it is causing. So sorry that no one answered you back in 2017.
Yes please. I’m a paying subscriber and use the app like 95% of the time I’m listening to Chinesepod. Without a well functioning app I would have to look elsewhere. Thanks.
