The flashcard system don't work

Hi ChinesePod team, my question is this:

Hello ChinePod team!

Hope you guys are great.

My problem is that I made a deck on the website in my computer and I’d like to study on my cellphone. I downloaded the app of Chinesepod, but the cards showing there are not from my deck. It seems is it not syncing.

Is that normal?

It might be a bug. I will forward your feedback to our IT team. But before they fix it, please try to log out an log in again and see whether it works or not. Should you have further questions or concerns, feel free to message us back.
