Hi, I would like to let you know that when I am taking your video lessons, whenever I hit pause and come back later to start from where I left earlier, it doesn’t work properly.
I can hear the audio script, but the screen stays black.
It’s quite inconvenient.
I would appreciate it if you could figure out problem and fix it.

Does it happen with all lessons? Which link in particular. What device are you using to watch? Windows 10?
Have you installed the latest flash player?
