it seems the lessen “Tones 1” should also be 20 minutes in length and introduce pinyin and tones, but it’s only 2 minutes. But “Tones 2” keeps referring to content that I belive should have been in “Tones 1” - I think the wrong Video got linked to “Tones 1”.

We have a series called “Say it right”. And “Tones 1” is just the introduction of the sub-series of “tones”. After the introduction, we have five more lessons about tones.
