Where are the PDFs on the New Dashboard

Hi ChinesePod team, I have two questions:

1. I recently re-subscribed to ChinesePod and noticed that the PDFs and Texts of the lessons that should be available for Basic Subscription are no longer there. I used to print the PDFs off.
   I notice that they are still on the old Dashboard.
   Have they been removed for good from the new Dashboard?
2. Under the new pricing, are the lesson Shows still available for download on the Basic subscription?

Hello Antony,

Under the basic subscription, you should be able to download lesson thumbnail and lesson pdf notes (both traditional and simplified) in the Downloads tab. Please let me know if you can’t find these options under the tab. I’ll connect you with our student-relation representative.

With regard to downloading the lesson audio, it is only a premium feature, so unfortunately, this is not available for basic subscribers.
