Wo3 hen2 hao3 or wo2 hen2 hao3?

The SIR series is very great - thanks a lot!!! But I’m still very confused with the row of 3rd tones. My question is: can I say wo3 hen2 hao3 or only wo2 hen2 hao3? My chinese friend said, it’s wrong to say 223, chinese people don’t say in this way.

The T3 sandhi should be done from morpheme to word, and to phrase, and than to sentence. So,
“我//很好” ,3//33, turns into 3//23. The final form is 323. : )
